Depart from Vale de Amoreira towards Cruz das Jugadas, the starting point of the Beech Tree Route. Follow a circular trail of approximately 5.4 km along the São Lourenço hillside, among beech trees, viewpoints and views over Manteigas and the Zêzere Glacial Valley. After the walk, continue to Covão da Ponte for a picnic of regional flavours beside the Mondego River. Finish with an off-road 4x4 jeep tour along mountain trails before returning to Vale de Amoreira. An autumn experience to discover the mountains on foot, around the table and off-road.
